    Fully Tailored 1 on 1 Online Program

    Our one on one tailored online program focuses on achieving improved body composition through addressing both your training and nutrition requirements.

    Through our initial consultation we’ll establish your body composition goals, review your current training program, nutrition intake, sleep and energy levels.

    We’ll design for you a specific 12 week periodised training program based on your current training experience and desired body composition goals. You’ll be able to log your workouts and track your progress through your own unique online platform.

    You’ll have full access to our exercise library with moving graphics and explanations.

    Your calorie and macro requirements will be broken down based on your body composition goals, training requirements and daily energy output. Periodical adjustments will be made in order to prevent plateauing.

    You’ll also have access to our recipe e-books with calorie and macro breakdowns.

    Using the BioPrint principles we can also review your final fat loss program, energy levels, sleep and estrogen-testosterone balance.

    Level 1 program

    For male or females who have less than one year or no prior weight training experience.

    Level 2 program

    For male or females who have between one and three years weight training experience and are competent with executing squatting, deadlifting and bench pressing movements.

    Level 3 program

    For male or females who have more than three years weight training experience and are competent with squat, deadlift and bench press movements with heavy loads and have used more advanced techniques such as supersetting and dropsetting and training muscle groups more than once per week.
