Discussing training history.
Determining training goals.

Trainees with little to no experience will begin on beginner level program.
Focus on correct technique and building strength.
When ready, trainees will be moved onto intermediate programming.
Trainees with more experience will begin on either intermediate or advanced programming.
Intermediate or advanced levels involve increased intensity workouts, varied rep ranges, increased volume, drop setting and super-setting.
All sets and reps are tracked each session.

Determination of calories and macros based on muscle gain or fat loss goals.
Portion size plans also available.
Adjustments made based on progress.

Tracking progress can be made by the following ways:
Girth measurements.
Skin folds and body fat percentage.

In order to accelerate progress we can provide training programs for in between sessions based on the following:
Access to commercial gym.
Home or apartment gym.
Basic equipment at home or body weight exercises.
HIIT sessions in your own time.

Workouts while travelling.

Analyses fat storage across 15 sites.
The assessment also measures body fat percentage, lean mass and fat mass.
Aims to identify potential hormonal imbalances which can slow down progress.
Training, nutrition and supplementation can assist in correcting these imbalances leading to improved body composition changes.

1:1 personal training is $80 per session.
For 2:1 personal training the cost is $55 per person, $110 total per session.
Late cancelation fee applies to no-show or late cancellations.

About Nick Hall
After working in the corporate space for nine years I understand the importance of having a time efficient and effective training program. It is easy to fall out of a routine especially when the demands of work, travel and family life take over.
Having trained mostly corporates and business owners over the last fifteen years I have refined the training programs I implement with clients so that the maximum benefit is achieved in the shortest amount of time.
Body composition results are achieved by focusing on three main areas, resistance training, improving nutrition and increasing incidental movement throughout the day.
I work with clients from diverse backgrounds, including those seeking a total body transformation, hard gainers looking to build muscle mass, and individuals who have reached a plateau in their training or weight loss journey.
I also work with mothers wanting to return to pre-baby condition, retirees, marathon runners, club level or teenage athletes and clients recovering from stroke, cancer or auto-immune disease.
