    Body composition program conclusion

    We have reached the end of our body composition course however I will continue to send through to you content and videos related to training, nutrition and body composition as I come across it.

    I am currently running a specialized one on one online program aimed at improving your body composition through a periodized training and nutrition program based on your training and nutrition history. You can find out more about this program here.

    I have also developed a templated periodized weight training program with beginner through to advanced level programs that you can choose based on your training experience. As a bonus you will also receive our monthly recipe e-books. You can read more about this program here.

    If you prefer to train at home with limited or no equipment I have also put together 15 minute HIIT program with both beginner and advanced HIIT workouts that you can complete at home or outdoors with little or no equipment. You can read more about this program here.
