    Sugar Free Chocolate Mousse with Mixed Berries and Banana

    Try this amazing sugar free chocolate mousse with mixed berries and banana as an afternoon snack or dessert. This will take only minutes to make, all from whole food ingredients.

     

    The chocolate mousse will make about 4 serves.

    Ingredients:
    1/3 cup melted coconut oil
    1/3 cup raw cocoa powder
    2 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder
    3 tbs hard coconut milk
    Stevia if required
    1 tsp of vanilla essence or extract
    1 tsp cinnamon
    Mixed berries
    Chopped banana

    Method:
    Melt coconut oil in a bowl in microwave for 1-2 minutes
    Add all remaining ingredients and stir well
    Add extra cocoa powder if required
