This HIIT fat burning workout utilizes both the slam ball and a powerband. There are four exercises involved, each using a 30 second working interval followed by a 10 second rest period. The aim of each workout period is to complete as many reps as possible in each 30 second period. Once you have completed the four exercises of each round, rest for one to two minutes and then repeat. Repeat in total 3-4 times for approximately 15 minutes.
The exercises used in this workout out the slam ball burpee, slam ball squat, powerband row and the alternating powerband twist.
