    Raw Banana and Mango Chia Pudding

    The fourth and arguably the best of our chia pudding range. Our mango and banana chia pudding is made from fresh banana and mango, coconut water, chia seeds and coconut milk. No sugar is added and is free of gluten and dairy. The below ingredients are for one serve in a small bowl. For more than one serve just multiply the ingredients.

    Serves: 1
    Time: 5 minutes

    1 tbs of chia
    1 dash of coconut water
    1 tbs of coconut milk
    2 tbs of mashed banana
    2 tbs of mashed mango

    Pour coconut water into small bowl
    Add chia seeds and stir until they form a jelly like consistency
    Mash up banana and mango
    Add remaining ingredients and stir well
    Place pudding in the fridge

    Pudding is then ready to serve or else store in fridge until ready.
