    Goji Muesli

    This is perfect for those who don’t want to prepare breakfast from scratch every morning. You can prepare a whole weeks breakfasts in 5 minutes it’s that easy.

    Preparation time: 5 minutes
    Serves: Approx 7

    Ingredients:
    1/2 cup flaxseeds
    1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
    1 cup of shredded coconut
    1/2 cup goji berries
    1/4 cup chia seeds
    1/4 cup sesame seeds
    1 cup of pitted dates
    1/2 cup sultanas
    1 tbs cinnamon
    1/2 tbs nutmeg
    Organic yoghurt (whatever flavour you like)

    Method:
    – Place all ingredients except dates and sultanas into a blender and blend for approximately 30 seconds
    – Pour ingredients into a bowl
    – Place dates and sultanas into blender and blend for 30 seconds
    – Pour dates and sultanas into a bowl and stir well
    – Serve with yoghurt
    Optional extra: Apple can be grated into muesli before serving.
