    Yes you can. The cost for BioPrint plus personal training is $97 per week.

    Do I have to exercise while doing BioPrint?

    Whilst you’ll still achieve results with just following BioPrint, even minimal amounts of the right type of exercise will help improve your fat loss results.

    Why is BioPrint more specialised than conventional weight loss methods?

    BioPrint identifies specific hormonal imbalances which cause fat storage in certain areas. Your hormonal profile will be different to the next person. Most weight loss methods attempt to apply a blanket rule for everyone. Whilst this may work for some, it doesn’t address any underlying issues which may make weight loss difficult.

    What BioPrint isn’t?

    A blanket rule for everyone, ie a 1200 calorie per day diet.
    Extreme methods and amounts of exercise such as Olympic lifting, twice a day training, 5 day split programs or lots of cardio.

    Do I have to take supplements?

    The supplements prescribed with each BioPrint protocol are designed to help correct any hormonal imbalance, digestive problem or inflammation that is identified ie omega 3, magnesium, zinc, vitamin D. This can sometimes be difficult to achieve with food alone. The supplement protocol can be discussed during consultations. If however you are apprehensive about taking supplements our personal training and nutrition program may suit you better.

    Do I have to take meal replacement packet shakes?

    No. Meal replacement shakes are not part of any BioPrint protocol.

    Can I eat carbs while on BioPrint?

    Yes. There are times where carbs are necessary to assist in the fat loss process. Again your food intake will be tailored based on your

    What else do I receive?

    Comprehensive report, review of current nutrition intake, recommendations for future nutrition intake, review of your current training program, modifications if required to your current training program and nutrition program.

    What is the BioPrint process?

    Prior to your BioPrint consultation, you’ll complete a brief questionnaire based on your current nutrition habits, exercise routine and other lifestyle questions that will help with the preparation of your BioPrint report and first protocol.

    Your first consultation will take approximately 45 minute to an hour. You’ll have your skin folds taken, discussion of your hormonal profile, nutrition and exercise recommendations and a breakdown of how your BioPrint protocol will work. Your BioPrint report will also be emailed to you.

    At weeks 3, 6, 9 and 12 you’ll have your skinfolds retaken and any changes to your BioPrint protocol that are required to assist with further fat loss. The follow-up consultations will take approximately 15 minutes.

    How long will it take before I start seeing results?

    This depends on a number of factors such as your past nutrition history, how impaired your insulin function is, level of inflammation in the body, any gut problems, thyroid function or how toxic your liver is. Your results will also depend on how compliant you are and any how quickly you’re able to make any necessary lifestyle choices. Some clients will start seeing visible results within the first 3 weeks.
