BioPrint is an innovative method of body fat reduction developed by world renowned strength and conditioning coach Charles Poliquin who has coached a number of Olympic gold medalists and world record holders.
BioPrint works by identifying excess fat deposits throughout the body by using a 14 site skin fold analysis. Each site represents a potential hormonal imbalance. For example, excess fat stored on the umbilical region will correlate to an excess of your stress hormone cortisol.
One hormonal priority will be identified and a specific protocol of nutrition, exercise and supplementation will be recommended to address the balance. This will then help expedite the fat loss process.

The BioPrint program consists of an initial consultation, skin fold measurements, explanation of protocol, review of current training program and nutrition consultation. The initial consultation will last approximately 45 minutes to one hour.
You will receive subsequent skin fold measurement at weeks 3, 6, 9 and 12. Depend on the result of each subsequent skin fold measurement, your hormonal priority may change resulting in adjustments to your protocol.
What is the difference between BioPrint and Biosignature? Both BioPrint and Biosignature were developed by Charles Poliquin. Charles Poliquin is no longer involved with the Poliquin Group who deliver Biosignature and has since developed Biosignature. Bioprint has 14 skinfold sites compared to Biosignature 12. The protocols for Bioprint and Biosignature may also differ slightly.

I have been training with Nick for just over five months and have gone from 35% body fat to just under 22%.
